RETURN YOUR PACKAGE

Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags and any accessories (the shoes must be returned in their original packaging). You must include the paper documentation you received with your order in the package.

You can use the order box or an equally strong packaging.

QUALITY CHECK

After receiving your return, we will verify that all conditions have been respected  before accepting the products. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement.

GET YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Once the return has been validated, you will receive a refund on the bank or postal details you indicated, within 14 days.

The new products you have selected will be delivered to the address associated with your My Account.

We will send you an email with a tracking number to track the shipment of new products.
